Our groups are set up to accommodate both LOCAL (for athletes near an ECo Coach) and VIRTUAL (for athletes outside of our area). The only difference is that the LOCAL program offers weekly group training opportunities.  

ALL Endurance Company Group Training athletes receive:

  • Professional coaching for the duration of the program (January through August 13)
    • Training begins on January 2, 2017 and goes through race day
    • Full training program provided through Training Peaks
    • Season Planning
      • The group training plan details are modified to fit your schedule
      • We have many races built into the schedule to help you fine-tune your racing and prepare your for USAT Age Group Nationals.  We will work with you to pick the right races to ensure that you are ready to go on August 12th.

​LOCAL athletes receive the added benefit of access to face-to-face interaction with an ECo Coach as well as multiple group training opportunities.  These include:

Bloomington-Normal, IL - area athletes:

  • Tuesday:  5:30 a.m. group track/sprint workout
  • Wednesday: 5:30 a.m. tri-masters swim at Normal West High School
  • Wednesday: 6:00 p.m. HIT indoor bike at Bloomington Cycle and Fitness 
  • Friday: 5:30 a.m. tri-masters swim at Normal West High School
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. group run
  • Sunday: indoor HIT bike at Be Strong
  • STRENGTH - options all week at Be Strong*​

* Free for first 2 months, then additional fee thereafter if you choose to continue with the strength portion of the program.​

Columbia, MO - area athletes:

  • Tuesday:  Track workout
  • Wednesday: Bike workout: outside group ride or indoor spin session
  • Wednesday:  Swim TBD*
  • Friday: Swim TBD*
  • Saturday: group run from Ultramax
  • Sunday: Bike workout: outside group ride or indoor spin session
  • STRENGTH - TWO times per week at TBD location​

The SPRINT/OLYMPIC training group will take you on an 8-month journey of training, learning, challenges, and FUN!  The goal is to qualify for and race at the USAT Age Group Nationals in Omaha, Nebraska on August 12-13.  

There is an Olympic-distance race on Saturday that you need to qualify for, but there is also a sprint-distance race on Sunday that anyone can participate in.

We have a number of sprint and Olympic races on our 2017 team schedule that serve as qualifying races for USAT Nationals. We will help you plan your race season so you get the right combination of training and racing so you are ready to go on August 12th. 

In addition to the training program, you will have the support of fellow Endurance Company athletes during your training, on the race course, and on the sidelines encouraging and supporting you on this adventure!
