Joe has guided athletes of all abilities to their half and full marathon bests!  Joe has coached first time finishers all the way to Olympic trials qualifiers.  He has taken the best of his training programs and compiled a high-quality plan that he will customize for YOU!

Once you sign up, Joe will contact you to set up your TrainingPeaks account and show you the training program. From there, we will modify the weekly routine so the workouts fit your schedule. 

The 12-week training plan for the Illinois Half and Full Marathon begins FEBRUARY 4th!!

When you sign up, Joe will contact you so he can plug the training plan into your calendar  so it fits your schedule! He will dial in the program so it compliments your current fitness and gets you ready to rock on race day.
